helpful staff amazing service small face towel missing mosque

the staff was super friendly and helpful , especially at the front desk. i got a free upgrade to a suite , so that was a fun surprise. the service was amazing. i want to thank miss jade , samreen , and yudi. all the front office staff , for their excellent service.

there was a small issue , i noticed only one small face towel and one large body towel were available , even though the room was for two people. i also wished there was a sign indicating the direction of qibla since there isn't a mosque in the hotel , but there's one nearby.

good location, good service

cleaned room kind staff

i got a well cleaned room. the reception staff were very kind, specially jade and dhia. i think its a good thing.

i booked a twin room, but i only found one towel. breakfast was horrible, not value for money, cheap food.

small room hazy window

The staff were friendly. Jonar at the front desk was helpful.

The room i got was quite small. There was barely space to move around. the room's window glass was hazy, obscuring the outside view. also, the air conditioning was too loud!
